Engineering @ xPub
We’re looking for someone scrappy, fun, and genuinely excited about building. You'll help set our technical direction and lead our engineering team, making real decisions that affect real users daily. You’ll be:
- Architecting scalable APIs (Node.js, Express).
- Crafting intuitive, polished UIs (React).Building robust data solutions (MongoDB).
- Managing reliable cloud infrastructure (GCP).Mentoring and growing the engineering team.
- Making key product and tech decisions on-the-fly.Solving complex problems, like optimizing real-time proposal collaboration and scaling rapidly.
You should probably:
- Have built real products that real people use (2+ years experience)
- Be skilled with the MERN stack—deep understanding preferred.
- Be comfortable leading, mentoring, and setting tech standards.
-Enjoy the absolute chaos t startup life.
- Think of users first, tech second.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with RFP/proposal software.
- Have built a startup and still have that fire.
- Built AI products.
- Have built something 0 to 1.
